Before we arrive
Building work needs to be complete, with trades finished, clear access, and working water and power available. Standard windows must be safely accessible. Tell us about high or difficult glazing before quoting. Further work or dust after the clean may require another visit, agreed separately.
Scope & exclusions
The quoted clean covers the agreed areas and normal construction dust and light residue. Heavy staining, paint, cement, oil or rust removal, mould treatment, sealing and restoration are not services we offer. Hazardous materials and large building waste are excluded. We confirm any access limitations and the final scope before booking.
